Start as you mean to go on

This is a blog to help me stay on track and anyone who wishes to join me.  I have been doing green smoothies for about 4 months now and have been enjoying the journey.  I have been struggling to stay on track so thought a blog would help me log everything I do from now on.  I exercise three/four times a week of cardio and weights.  My diet on a good day will consist of two meal replacement green smoothies and a evening meal.  If I stay on track I can lose around 1 to 2 lbs a week, sometimes more.  I have lost 4 stone in total just looking to shift that last stone, which I did but it has creped back up slowly over the past year.  I want to stop the rot before it goes any further.
