Day two

Had a fast day yesterday, about 500 calories.  I manage quite well going all day with out anything to eat, then have a nice evening meal.  Lost about 1 lb this morning.  Today is green smoothie day.  Have just finished my exercises of weights and pull up bar and floor exercises.  Will go on the treadmill later for 30 minutes.  I have planned my exercise around my non fasting days.  Will let you all know what weight I am tomorrow, whether up or down.  Here is the recipe for this mornings smoothie.  2 handfuls of wild rocket, a piece courgette, 50g avocado, 50g banana, 50g strawberries, 1 tsp wheatgrass, 1 tsp spirulina, 1 tbsp. flaxseed, 25g whey protein powder, 20g peanut butter.
