Awhile back I was doing intermittent fast which was kind of working. This was before I started to do the green smoothies. Well today I have just had a brainwave. How about doing one day green smoothie diet, then the next fasting. Just going to give it a try and see what happens. I think I will have my smoothies on exercise days. I will have a couple of days off, but not go to mad I hope. So that works out at two days fasting, three day green smoothie diet, then two day semi green and fasting and what ever else happens. I go out on a Thursday for lunch so this will be one of my days off. And Saturday is always a bad day for me, especially if we go out. I have posted a photo of one of my smoothies. I do like to make them around 400 calories each because they are a meal. I also like to make sure they have protein and fat in them.
